We were pleasantly surprised by the food and will be back. We would be happy about fresh mushrooms in the sauce. The salad tasted really good when carrots and red cabbage probably from the preserve was served. Pancakes with herbs were also delicious!

We had chosen the place through an internet search in order to have something to eat before going to the open-air theater. The idyllic sun terrace is really worth a stay. We all enjoyed the food and the friendly manner of Ms. Wiehl gave us a lovely afternoon. By the hint from her: take the pillows out with you - we felt at home straight away.

For Good Friday we had a table for 10 people and for Easter Sunday a table for 12 people. Our first visit was unsatisfactory for some of us. On demand what was on the vegetable plate, we got the answer: "fresh vegetables". However, only TK-Ware was served. The vegetables were not flavored, the Hollondaise from the Tetrapackung and the Röstis were also TK. This has nothing to do with cooking anymore. The served Tafelspitz with horseradish sauce was very good. The potatoes served for this looked very much like industrial hulling and sulfurized. The fish, Steinbeißer, should also be "fresh from traders". However, in 2 people came from us the suspicion that he was already frozen at the dealer. The wild garlic sauce tasted quite bland, it lacked the "wild garlic taste". Ms. Wiehl was also approached by the affected people on the frozen vegetables, but she talked to "family business" and "twice as expensive if everything was fresh," out. Then we canceled the table for the second evening. Too bad, because the ambience had been appealing.
